Anything New?

Nope. Nothing new here. My little brothers left for Royal Ranger camp yesterday and I don't know if I like this only child stuff. It's rather boring. Last night was Jennifer's last night. :( We play her favorite songs and had a yummy snack in her honor. I am going to miss her. I know that God is going to do great things through her in Washington D.C. I can't go to camp this year either. I didn't turn in my money (didn't have any) last night. Oh, well. There's always next year. I am looking forward to our family vacation on the 15th to the 23rd. Lizzy is so excited about getting her hair cut, she can hardly wait. We spent the 4th at John and Christi's house. We ate good food, played in the hot tub and watched Jonny blow up some fire crackers. I really enjoy getting together with the Hofmans. It is like extended family. I think I am going to give Partner a bath today. Uggh!

Hi!!

I just feel like exclaiming everything!!

I trust you're well, I truly believe I'm excited for you. Let me explain, when I think about how confusing things get, and all the people I can't help. All the situations that 'seem' impossible and the life that so many miss out on.....I never think of you.

That is to say that I know, even when sudden changes come, and disappointment is realized, when dreams fade and new paths begin....I cannot imagine my, strong in Christ, friend doing anything but turning to Him....to see Him offering you redemption and Hope.

I've been reading a good book lately, it's called, "the Slumber of Christianity...awaking passion for Heaven on Earth." It's by Ted Dekker I think.

Hi, Nate!
I'm glad to hear you're alive and excited. I don't think I have ever heard of that book, but I can tell from the title what it is about. read a really cool book by Pastor Vann Lane called 'Children of Revival' It has so many wonderful testimonies of children being used by God in amazing ways and proves that God isn't intrested in waiting until kids grow up to use them. I loved it.
Recently I have been indulging in Jane Austin's 'Mansfield Park'
